If you're having trouble accessing your account, here's what to check:
Forgot your password: Click Forgot password? on the login page to reset it. You'll receive a password reset email at the address associated with your account.
Forgot your email address: Try any email addresses you may have used when signing up. If you still can't remember, contact Shopify Support. You'll need to verify your identity to update the email address on your account.
Two-step authentication issues: If you can't access your authentication method, use your recovery codes. You should have saved these when you first set up two-step authentication.
Account locked or frozen: If your store is frozen or deactivated, you may still be able to log in but with limited access. Check the Plan page in Settings to see your store status.
