Established in 2014, Amydus has become a name synonymous to plus size shopping. This new-age clothing brand primarily operates to empower plus size people of India. It crafts the trendiest of women’s and men’s apparels in size starting XXL all the way up to a customer’s demand, and inculcates confidence.

The Problem Statement

Amydus has been around for just short of a decade now. Since its inception, it’s faced many difficulties.

First among many was to scale up its sales despite huge demand for plus size clothing in India. People were looking for a more personalised shopping experience which Amydus’s website was unable to offer.

Second on the list was low retention rate. Customers were buying the brand’s clothes but its retention rate was lower than basic industry standards. There was a significant need for process revamping, especially in marketing and sales techniques.

And lastly, the brand noticed that its customer support was not up to the mark. This was another reason why Amydus had a low retention rate.

To solve these concerns, Amydus partnered with KwikEngage.

Process Automation

Amidst helping the brand increase retention, reduce cart abandonments, and, in turn, the chances of return to origins (RTOs), KwikEngage built a custom automated flow. This helped trigger a series of messages whenever a customer placed an order. These included sending,

Abandoned Cart Recovery

Additionally, KwikEngage also built an automated abandoned cart recovery flow. With this, customers who abandoned their cart on Amydus website or even on WhatApp, are sent abandoned cart recovery messages.

Such messages help remind customers about their items in cart and enable them to complete the checkout before the on-going deals ends or items go out of stock.

Personalised Catalogues & Product Recommendations

This was another effective solution embedded on Amydus by the KwikEngage team. By building personalised catalogues, the fashion brand was able to increase engagement and order placements via its WhatsApp Commerce channel.

Launch Targeted Marketing Campaigns

WhatsApp has widespread usage, enables direct customer communication, has a high open and engagement rate, and offers the potential to send personalised messages. Keeping such important factors in mind, KwikEngage helped Amydus leverage these features and run effective marketing campaigns.

Using KwikEngage’s intuitive dashboard, the WhatsApp solution provider enabled the fashion brand to create and send customised and personalised marketing campaigns. The Result
